The Pink Mystery Egg was one of the six secret eggs found in Banjo-Kazooie. When you typed in a cheat code, the Sharkfood Island in Treasure Trove Cove would be raised from the ground for you to enter. Then, after a long jumping segment, the pink egg is yours. Mumbo Jumbo would show you the pink egg in a picture if you collected all 100 Jiggies after defeating Grunty.

In the original Banjo-Tooie it can be found behind a metal gate in the front of Spiral Mountain. If the egg is brought to Heggy she will hatch it and the secret move Breegull Bash will be unlocked. In Banjo-Tooie (XBLA), the egg will unlock a gamer pic, but you need to get the egg from Banjo-Kazooie (XBLA) first. It can be found in the same place as in the original, but you will need a Banjo-Tooie (XBLA) save file to raise the island (you can still use the old cheat but the egg won't carry over if you do).

Trivia[]

  • Sometimes when Mumbo shows the picture to Banjo of him getting to the Pink Mystery Egg, the AI fails the jumping sequence. Despite the fact that they don't get to the egg, the dialog doesn't change.
    • This is the only time the AI can fail in the group of pictures.
