Heggy the Hen

Heggy the Hen is a large hen that resides in her rightly named Egg Shed in the Wooded Hollow. She hatches the Mystery Eggs that Banjo finds for valuable cheats and surprises, such as Homing Eggs, Breegull Bash, and adding the Jinjo as a multiplayer character. However, Heggy states that she cannot reach the egg which contains the Jinjo, leaving it up to Kazooie to do the job after she learns the Hatch move in Terrydactyland.

Notably, after unlocking the Jinjo, Heggy asks, "Who is Jinjo?" - implying she may not get out much. In the XBLA version of Banjo-Tooie, if Heggy hatches the final egg, she says something about a 'very special Heggy bonus' that 'might come in useful one day'. After that, Banjo and Kazooie start talking about L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges, a downloadable content pack from Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts and that there might be more Stop 'n' Swop secrets. They are referring to the user-created vehicles the player unlocks after exchanging all Stop 'n' Swap items in Banjo-Tooie.
