“Noooo! I’ve had that a thousand years. Well done mortal!”
Grabba, Banjo-Kazooie

Grabba is a large mummified hand that emerges from the sand and holds a Jiggy in Gobi's Valley. Although not quite as malicious as the identical-looking enemy Slappa, he is far from helpful, taunting Banjo by waving the Jiggy around and disappearing into the ground if Banjo tries to grab it; even the Talon Trot does not have enough speed to reach the jigsaw in time.

There are two ways of successfully grabbing the Jiggy. One is to use the super fast Turbo Talon Trot by locating a pair of Turbo Trainers, which Bottles teaches Kazooie how to use from his molehill in the valley, not far from Grabba's area. The other option is utilizing a Flight Pad and trying a risky Beak Bomb, but the Turbo Talon Trot is more easy and recommended.

Grabba is quite disappointed when Banjo takes the treasure, remarking that he has apparently had it for a thousand years. But nonetheless, he congratulates him on a job well done and then disappears into the sand, waving goodbye.
